SoulCode Kenya: Returns & Exchanges Policy

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, contact us at soulcodekenya@gmail.com. If approved, we'll provide a return label and instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us immediately so we can resolve it with care and speed.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Beauty or personal care items
  • Hazardous materials or flammable goods
  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

For fastest processing: return your item, and once approved, place a new order for your preferred replacement.

Refunds & Store Credit

All approved returns are eligible for in-store credit only. We do not offer cash refunds. You’ll be notified once your return is received and processed.
