SoulCode Kenya Shipping Policy

We dispatch orders daily from Nairobi at 2:00 PM EAT.

• Orders placed before 12:00 noon are eligible for same-day delivery within Nairobi.
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed and dispatched the next day.

For deliveries outside Nairobi, we use Wells Fargo Courier, with tracking details provided in your dispatch confirmation email.

Please ensure that your selected shipping location matches the delivery address. If there’s a mismatch, your order may be held until the correct shipping fee is paid. Our team will contact you promptly to resolve any discrepancies.

Shipping fees are displayed clearly during checkout.

If a dispatched order cannot be delivered due to lack of communication from the recipient (e.g., missed calls or messages), it will be returned to us. A second delivery attempt will incur an additional courier charge.
